Expanding Our Reach

A Year Of Incredible Growth Paves The Way For New Hires at CultureCraft

There is no doubt about it; this has been an incredible year of growth for us at CultureCraft. It's rare to see a company, any company, triple in size in a year. But that has been our story for the past three years in a row. Each year has brought an influx of new clients, exciting projects, and new staff members who each bring their exceptional giftings and influential work to help grow the brands we take on.

We've begun exciting work in cryptocurrency, mass media, fintech, non-profit, and community-focused industries that aim to disrupt. Now we're seeking top talent who believe they have the chops to elevate both our clients and CultureCraft. We don't think it should be a secret that we look for exceptional candidates, but what exactly does that mean, and what are the particulars?

To help answer that, we wanted to share some specifics about our three most recent job postings. Here they are below:

Account Manager

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively grow our portfolio of client opportunities.

In this role, you will work with Design and Project Management/Ops to establish, maintain, and deliver on the scope of work, consistently exceeding client expectations.

The ideal candidate will understand brand strategy and be able to implement that strategy, and identify opportunities to augment.

This is not an order-taking role; we want this candidate to be one of the major reasons we grow our book of business and how we support our clients to see past the status quo and make aspirations real-life work.

Account Coordinator

We are looking for an Account Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative support to our Account Manager and Creative Teams to create and ensure extraordinary client experiences. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to balance projects from multiple teams and multiple clients. If you have experience with marketing campaigns with a heavy emphasis on content/social and understand what excellent customer service is, we would like to meet you.

Our ideal candidate can both administer daily sales activities and brainstorm innovative ideas to improve our client relationships. Ultimately, you will drive growth to our company by being an essential part of the Account Management team.

Junior Graphic Designer

The Junior Graphic Designer will create visual communications that immediately differentiate the businesses we serve and convey messages in an aesthetically communicative way. This role is a starting point in a career focused on translating ideas into visuals, so expect to be put through the paces in learning how to produce quick and efficient work while consistently bringing your design expertise to the table. Pixel pushers need not apply; we want ambitious design influencers who will make even the most menial of tasks scream "fantastic design."

The Jr. Graphic Designer produces and manages some of the most critical branding pieces on which our clients depend for building demand for their projects and services – specifically focusing on our content contracts. For this reason, the position must have an incredibly high standard of excellence for the final delivered work and the design ability to create differentiated visuals. Existing portfolio will play a significant role in deciding the best candidate for this position – don't show up empty-handed.

Those Inspired Should Apply

If you or someone you know would be interested in any of these positions, you can find full job descriptions and applications here.

We're excited for this next chapter of growth at CultureCraft and look forward to creating beautiful things with our future team members.

Forward, Forward.
